Top Pick: Facebook Marketplace (In-person)

Why it's the best: In-person sales are usually the easiest for both sides of the party. The buyer can verify the item and pay in-person. Buyers are more likely to trust you as well.

Some Issues: Facebook marketplace has a ton of bot accounts, check through the person’s account to make sure they seem legit. Look at their reviews, how recent their account was created, and ask to meet in a public location (like in front of a police station!).

Runner-up: Reputable Online Communities

Why it might be the easiest: Online communities are great because you don’t have to meet anyone in person. You can find these communities on Facebook, Reddit, and even Discord.

Some Issues: It’s hard to prove your credibility in these online forums. We’d recommend creating a Dolo profile and getting some verified reviews on your profile. That way, when you do post something for sale, you can include your Dolo link!
